LUX series ovens are equipped with the practical ceramic glass door with a hinged opening, a mechanism that is one of our most important innovations.
The glass door allows you to check the cooking status without having to open the oven and disperse heat.
It will no longer be necessary to find a shelf to rest the door on, thanks to its hinges. In addition, it can be opened in two positions: partially open, so that the cooking chamber can be ventilated, or at a right angle, thus creating a greater work surface with the refractory stone.
