BBQ – Prodigy

Wood-burning barbecue with a 3 mm thick cooking surface consisting of an AISI 430 stainless steel plate. In the center of the plate are drainage holes and a chimney for smoke extraction. The base consists of a stainless steel inner chamber and an outer shell made of anthracite-colored powder-coated sheet metal resistant to high temperatures. Wood is loaded through a side door into the inner chamber, which is equipped with an ash drawer. It is possible to adjust the air draught by means of the special wooden knob.
